* Members agree to include the HTML code provided by Ity.im for displaying ads on their web site. This code may be inserted in one or more pages within a website that are written using the ENGLISH LANGUAGE. No part of this code may be modified without the written consent of Ity.im.
* Ads that appears on your site from Ity.im at any time may be ads for another member, for advertisers, or for Ity.im. Ity.im does not accept any ads that are adult oriented or hate related. In the future members will be able to filter their sites to accept ads of only certain types and subject matters. Ity.im reserves the right to not accept any advertisement from any entities that Ity.im determines to be inappropriate. For instance, we do not advertise for web sites that are racist or discriminatory.
* Ity.im reserves the right to discontinue membership to sites that are deemed to be inappropriate. For example, sites that promote spamming, racism, discrimination, or sites that are illegal such as warez sites, etc.
* A member may cancel their participation in Ity.im by notifying Ity.im in writing or by sending e-mail to support@ity.im.
* All Ity.im code must be placed on a page such that the ad impressions load correctly and text ads are easily visible.
* A member may not artificially inflate traffic counts to his/her site using any device, program, robot or other means. Ity.im ads cannot be placed on a page which reloads or refreshes automatically. Text ads, loaded via the Ity.im HTML may not be placed in newsgroups, e-mail, chatrooms, or guestbooks, unless permission is granted from Ity.im.
* Anyone caught artificially inflating traffic counts will have the offending account terminated immediately. If a member has any publisher payments due or payable, the remaining payments will be forfeited after any Ity.im investigation has been performed. Confirming your membership in Ity.im thereby agrees that all Ity.im investigations are considered final and without recourse.
* A member may not place the html tag on pages that are inaccessible.
* Ity.im also reserves the right to refuse to continue membership to any web site in the Ity.im network that contains hate groups, illegal activities, is offensive or for any other reason that Ity.im feels is inappropriate.
* Ity.im retains all rights to the Ity.im name, logo, software, databases, reports, web site, and information. No part of the Ity.im website may be reproduced, stored, or distributed without the written consent of Ity.im.
* The information members provide to Ity.im will be kept confidential and will not be distributed to any outside agency.
* Ity.im, its administrators, partners and sponsors cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur from the use of Ity.im services.
* Members agree to use Ity.im at their own risk.
* Ity.im makes every effort to verify and maintain a high standard of quality for our services, but does not make any express or implied guarantees regarding the dependability, or accuracy of services.
* Ity.im will attempt to correct inconsistencies in credits or accounting issues due any member, if the member offers some proof of inconsistency.
* Ity.im reserves the right to modify, or change these Terms and Conditions as it deems necessary. It is the member's responsibility to keep up with the current changes in the Terms and Conditions, since changes are effective for all members, regardless of when the member joined.
* Refunds can be issued for any advertising that has not yet been delivered OR if an account has contested any portion of the ad network delivery and that portion after having been reviewed by management at ity.im was found not to be up to the level of the overall standards of the ad network.
* Ad campaigns that container websites that have framebrakers and sites that don't pull up fast enough, and sites that have popups and/or popunders on them will also be denied their ad campaigns on our ad network.
